Anemoia : Nostalgia for a time you (might) have never known.

Rewarded with the 1st prize at the Marathon du Court 2025 organized by Le Parvis, this short was therefore written, shot and edited within 24h. With our subject being ‘true or false’, Titouan and I had the idea to explore a theme that fascinates us a lot : anemoia.

For us, we wanted the question of ‘true or false’ to be asked at the end of the film, with that final shot that would allow the audience during the screening to question themselves on what they’ve seen or not. We wanted to create a form of debate between them, where each one could have their hypothesis on the short and on the ending. Finally, for the music, Titouan simultaneously composed during the editing and used old songs that he altered for a final result that improves and fits perfectly with the concept of the short film.
